Variable Limited-Edition Caps: This platform hosts independent, limited-edition digital collections and series. Each individual collection operates on its own strict scarcity model capped at a specific number of final tier unlocks globally (e.g., exactly 333 final tier unlocks for the launch collection). Different collections may feature different maximum caps.
Collection-Specific End-States: Once the maximum global tier threshold for any specific collection has been claimed and unlocked, the active gameplay mechanics for that specific collection only will immediately and permanently conclude.
Cessation of Active Gameplay: Upon a specific collection reaching its cap, the active database tracking daily care, character feeding, and active tier progression for that specific series will be frozen or deactivated permanently.
The Read-Only Showcase: Following the conclusion of a specific collection, your account will transition into a static, read-only digital display museum for those specific assets. You will retain access to your unique URL to showcase the specific cards you unlocked prior to that collection's shutdown.
Platform Continuity & Future Collections: The conclusion or freezing of one specific collection does not disable the application, delete user accounts, or prevent the launch of future independent collections. The platform will remain operational to support ongoing read-only showcases and the introduction of entirely new digital asset series with their own unique rules, themes, and scarcity caps.
Minimum Age Requirement: By creating an account, interacting with this website, or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
Unauthorized Minor Use: If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the payment processing features of this application. The operator reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be operated by an unauthorized minor without compensation.
No Guarantees of Uptime: You acknowledge that this application is provided as an experimental indie web project. The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous, uninterrupted, or lifetime availability of the hosting servers, custom URLs, or database persistence.
Server and Service Interruptions: The operator is not liable or responsible if the application goes offline, suffers severe data corruption, experiences technical hosting failures, or becomes inaccessible due to third-party web host closures, network outages, or general service termination.
Assumption of Risk: By spending real-world money on this application, you explicitly assume the risk that digital assets, custom showcase URLs, and account progress are tied to web infrastructure that may inevitably experience downtime or permanent sunsetting without penalty to the operator.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant delivery of digital tiers, gameplay multipliers, and unique server resources, all monetary transactions processed via Stripe or any other payment method are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
Post-Shutdown Finality: No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be entertained upon any individual collection hitting its designated tier shutdown limit. Your payment purchases immediate temporary access to an active leveling game loop for an active series, and permanent access to a static digital display frame for whatever items you earned before that specific collection's clock ran out.
Ownership of Assets: All art, design, code, assets, religious symbols, and text within this application are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator.
Limited Grant of License: Purchasing a digital tier grants you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable limited license to display your unlocked digital assets within the application’s read-only showcase. You do not acquire ownership, copyrights, trademarks, or commercial exploitation rights to the underlying visual assets or code.
Devotional Intent: Certain collection tiers feature respectful, scripturally-based depictions of core Christian figures, the Holy Trinity, or historical/folklore elements.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing their custom URLs or account profiles to mock, alter, vandalize, or weaponize these symbols, logos, or cards. The operator reserves the absolute right to terminate any account violating universal standards of basic human decency without refund.
Digital Showcase & Display Rights: All digital collectibles, text, and visual elements on this platform are provided strictly as interactive software assets. Purchasing a digital tier or unlocking a character does not grant you traditional copyright or trademark ownership over the underlying artwork, names, or code.
AI-Generated Content Acknowledgement: You explicitly acknowledge that visual assets on this platform may be generated using public or artificial intelligence tools (such as Google Gemini). Consequently, these assets are not claimed as exclusive copyrights by the operator, and no copyright interest is transferred to you.
Intra-Platform Trading & Sale License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial, revocable limited license to display your unlocked digital items exclusively within this application. You are explicitly permitted to transfer, trade, or sell your completed digital collection to another registered user utilizing the application's official marketplace features.
Prohibited Off-Platform Exploitation: Once a collection is transferred or sold to another user within the application, your license to display those items immediately terminates and transfers to the buyer. You remain strictly prohibited from copying, printing, or commercially exploiting the visual assets outside of this specific platform.
Right to Modify: The operator reserves the right to adjust minor operational variables or apply critical server security patches to protect the database at any time.
Class-Action Waiver: By checking the agreement box, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or complex financial disputes regarding the lifespan, uptime, or delivery of this digital asset app or any of its individual collections. All disputes must be handled directly with the operator via official platform support channels prior to initiating any formal third-party claims.
